Mash efficiency/ batch consitency
We have been increasing our mash efficiency (higher volume yield to boiler same OG).
What implications would this have on batch consitency? Besides hop utilization changes are there any other detrimental flavor changes that would need to be accounted for...I am thinking specialty grains here?
Cheers,
Joe

Your beer may end up tasting drier, due to added fermentable sugars and less branched dextrins.
