I'm interested in brewing an Alt beer, but I cannot find a water profile for Dusseldorf. While I realize it's not the end of the world to use my water I like to try to adjust according to the region of origin. I've found info on hardness but am also interested in calcium, magnesium, sodium, sulfate, chloride, and HCo3 levels.
i don't know if this will help, but two dusseldorf alt breweries with somewhat english-friendly brewers are "zum urige" and "schumacher" i don't know if they have websites, i might be able to find some contact info in my notes.

also there is zum schlussel, which can be reached at email@example.com i'm not sure why there is an extra 'e' in the domain name, so maybe you can try it without as well.
