  • Let me introduce myself.

    Hi everybody,
I’m new on this forum and I want to introduce myself.
I’m Kees Bubberman from Brewery Emelisse from the Netherlands.
Emelisse is a little brewpub with a 8.5 bbl brew house.
I brew every year about 14000 gallons of beer. ( 52000 Liters )
From pils to Imp Russian stouts, I brew everything.
My favorite beer is mine Imp Stout.

    I got 5 CCT ( 2 x 19 bbl and 3 x 8.5 bbl )
    And 6 lagertanks.

I brew with malts from Weyermann and use yeast from White Labs and Fermentis.
From Whitelabs I use the WLP 833 ( Helles Bock , Dark Bock and pils ) and the WLP 530 for my Blond and Dubbel. From Fermentis I use WB-06 for the Weizzen and the US-56 for the Double IPA and the Imp Russian stout.

    I started as a homebrewer ( 10 years ) and since 2 year I’am a prof.
    And I like my job.

In the Netherlands is good homebrew forum, but for the pro brewers is nothing !
    So I’am looking here.

I hope that my is not to bad.

    Cheers,

    Kees
