    We run 30 bbl. lagers through a 40x40 filter with 49 K-300 sheets (nominally 2.7 micron) with no problems. No finings, but lagered for more than a few days. YMMV, as it probably depends a lot on you yeast and it's health.

      yup, we're crashing for a minimum of two days then filtering through k-300 pads, no finings other than irish moss in the kettle.
