Brewer?

Hi,

I'm in the process of setting up a micro brewery near Twickenham in South West London. Unfortunately the brewer that was going to work for the company has had to pull out of the project which has left me in the lurch. So I was wondering if anyone in the UK knew of any unemployed brewers looking for work or assistant brewers who might fancy becoming a Head Brewer or even a retired brewer who could provide the company with maybe 2 days a week hands-on assistance?
