I assume you actually mean "what is the volume of CO2 dissolved in beer , given specified top pressure and temperatures".
Have a look at the Meheen website - http://www.meheen-mfg.com/tankcarb.html
There is a chart of CO2 temperatures and pressures plus some other info on gassing up beers
