Adhesives for kegs?

Does anyone know what type of adhesive will attach rubber to stainless steel? I have a keg, it's rubber base has fallen off, is there anyway to re-attach it?

Gorilla glue is a new product that boasts it will attach everything to anything. The local Ace hardware or type store carries it.

I used Sikaflex (polyurethane) type adhesive. 3M has product they use on boats called 5200, becuase that's how long it takes to get something off that has this stuff used on it.
