    Hey,

There are plenty. We have used extensively Pall and Cuno (amongst others). For our systems we tend to have two sterile grade filters - one after a particle and carbon filter, and one that gets steamed in place (or autoclaved). Can't be too careful with your propagation....

Pall and Cuno both make plastic sterile filters with triclover connections. They are only a couple of hundred $ each and we use them extensively as well - autoclave it, use it, autoclave, use it.... for up like 6months (depends on how many autoclave cycles). The Pall ones are called "kleenpak", can't remember the Cuno name, but the same thing. Just mind the maximum working pressure! (we have had these things rupture/explode!).

    Cheers,

    Alex
