    Question Steam and cold water mixing unit

    Does anyone have experience using a steam and cold water mixing unit similar to these? http://www.strahmanvalves.com/shell....e/thumbs/-1/3/
    If so, how well do they work? Would one be suitable for generating hot water with enough flow to rinse unitanks after CIP?

    Those are great. Just what they're meant for. We used one to get us hot water in the filler room. Expensive, but worth it. Good luck!
