recognize this plate/frame?

hoping someone out there might be able to point me in the right direction. we've got a 40 x 40 plate/frame filter with no manufacturer markings on it (or at least none that i can find). the old operator/owner doesn't even know, he says it was part of a package deal thru bohemian brewing systems.

also, if someone recognizes the gaskets, do you have a source i can get replacements from? any help would be much appreciated.

Try Scott Labs in California, they have gaskets for filters.

That is a filter that came with Bohemian systems. I have the
same exact filter.I haven't had to replace anything on it yet,
but was also wondering where to get parts for it also!!!
