Bottle with label printed/painted on? Looking for Supplier.

Anyone know where to get those bottles where the label is painted/printed on the bottle (like Rouge).

i'm sick of hand labeling bottles...and before i buy a labeler wanted to explore the costs of painted bottles.

    thanks,

    Mark

We get ours screened from a company in Portland called TRI-S. They cost us anywhere from .23 per bottle for large runs with 2 colors, to 2.25 per bottle for smaller runs with 9 colors. Hard to date code without an expensive ink jet printer, right now we hand label our crowns with the month it was packaged so we can keep track of shelf life.

How many gross is your "large" runs? and or total bottle count, which ever.
