I've used rose hip in our Wassail a few times, to great results and customers scratching thier heads trying to figure out what the spice is.
3 oz tied a bag added after ferementation at 50 F for 10 days.
I was talking with my Brewpub owners, and the idea came up about brewing a beer with rose hips. I have never done this and could not find any info with a search on probrewer. I would like some input on which styles you think might work best and oz./lbs. per bbl. and when to add them from anyone with experience with them.
