CIA offers course on beer
The October 2010-June 2011 catalog from the Culinary Institute of America has a new course. It's "Beer: Exploring the History and Flavors of the Brewer's Craft."
The two-day class at the St. Helena campus costs $995 and is yet another example of the rise and respect that beer is finally getting.
