Hello,

We are in the situation we have found the right location for our Brewery/tap room. Unfortunately there is not enough power installed, so we consider installing a oil- or gasfired steam generator.

The property is in a residential area; are there any problems associated with the exhaust from such devices?

Alternatively we could switch off the cold room and glycol chiller while boiling the wort. Have any of you any experience with that?
