Spanish micro brewery rules and beer duty

I am thinking of opening a micro-brewery in Spain. Can onyone tell me what the regulations there are [if any] and what the current rate of duty on beer is?

Or where I might find such info??

Thanks a million! site was just what I was looking for...
I will let you know how things progress and who knows..you may get a vacation in Spain.
We will be looking for a mix between Spanish very fizzy draught and the UK flat ale. get it right and both will enjoy.
