I thought Probrewer members would want to know that in about 3 weeks we will be running 2 courses that are of importance to distributors, salespeople and anyone involved in beer service. The 2-day Professional Beer Tasting & styles course runs Feb. 2 & 3, and the new Beer & Food: A Hands-On Encounter follows on Feb. 4th. These are designed & conducted by Randy Mosher, and they are really worthwhile for anyone who needs a greater understanding about the beer the sell. The Beer & Food course is especially good for brewpub & restaurant staff as well.
