I have tried contacting them but recieved no response.
Does anyone have any ideas on software for inventory control ?

I come from the IT/software world. This company seems a bit odd/less than reputable to me. They've not yet completed version 2 of their software, but no longer will help or have anything to do w/ version 1? Every reputable software company I've worked for or known always works and maintains the current version until the next version comes out. They still don't have a version 2.0 out yet, and they have copyright 2008 on the site. I think they're either mired deeply in really buggy problematic code, or their entire business model isn't working like they'd hoped and they can't maintain the old version let alone the new one. If you're just looking for inventory management, a quick search pulled this free software up: http://www.inventory-management.org/ I don't know much about it but haven't spent a lot of time digging.
