How many kegs to a pallet

How many kegs are usually placed on a pallet, both 1/2 bbl and 1/4 bbl? What would be the dimensions and weight per pallet?

You should be able to fit 8- 1/2 bbl kegs on a 40 x 48, and 20- 1/6 bbl kegs on the same.

It seems that the 4x4 pallet is the most popular but I use Carona pallets that my distributor gives me because my cold room door is only about 3 1/2 feet wide. I usually reload my kegs onto 4x4 pallets that I get stuff on to get rid of them and I think I get around 9 half bbls and 15 slim 1/4 's on each. If you offset each row from the last they fit more snugly (if thats a word).
