  • Few questions about new brewhouse 10hl

    Hi All,
We are planning new brewery in Poland (first craft brewery made by homebrewers ) and I have few doubts. Mash/kettle with whirpool will be direct gas fired; is paella gas ring with 36kW power output enough for 10hl kettle? It is popular in small belgian breweries. Another option is to install professional burner like Economite.

    Thanks for any advice.

I would go with a kettle with economite power force air type burner, it has redundant safety controls, is far more efficient, and just plain works.

Do you have some photos how it has to be installed? Will 200,000 BTU/h be enough for 10hl brewhouse?

Midco website with burner sizing and installation information. Google is a brewers friend.
