Full Sail Brewing Company is looking for a Brewer to join our team in Hood River, Oregon.

The job covers most aspects of brewing - cellar work, yeast handling, brewing, some lab work and brewhouse sanitation.

Qualified candidates must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic, ability to multi-task while being detail and quality focused and be able to work both independently and in small work teams. Having a background in production work, food processing, and / or science coursework will be helpful. Essential functions require an ability to lift 55# several times / day, climb stairs several times / day, stoop into close quarters, grip and manipulate Tri-clamps several times /day, read and understand a variety of scientific instruments and calculations. Schedule may vary, so candidates must be flexible in scheduling.
