Looking for an assistant brewer to work at a growing cidery in Colfax CA. Must be flexible with shift schedule, will include 4 AM start times & weekend work. Responsibilities will include some kegging shifts, fermentation, filtering, batching, getting product ready for packaging & tank cleaning. Cider making is a blend between wine making & brewing. With that said: the fermentation is more like wine making, where as the packaging runs toward brewing. Last year Crispin/Fox Barrel more than doubled production volumes. Experience is a plus.
