I'd rather be brewing!
I am an experienced brewer of almost 19 years. I am currently working as the Head Chef of a high end seafood restraunt on the Olympic Peninsula, managing a staff of ten. Needless to say, I would rather be brewing! I have extensive experience in all aspects of micro and pub brewing. Please help me get out of the kitchen and back into a brewery where I belong.
