    I have had two experimental beers made with Zythos, and I believe that it might simply need the right complementary hop(s).

      Blend Calypso and Apollo. Not quite spot on but absolutely in the ballpark.

      Calypso comes from SS Steiner. Both of these hops are inexpensive too.
