    Fawcett Roasted Wheat vs. Weyermann Chocolate Wheat

    Anyone used both of these? I'm looking for a substitute for the weyermann chocolate wheat and have access to some of the Fawcett product.

    I don't know anything about these malts but would love to hear about them. What do you use the chocolate wheat for Woolsocks? I also have access to Thomas Fawcett malts and love them but haven't tried Roasted wheat. Is this like a Carafa special type male or like Breiss Midnight wheat?
