Hello All,

Micro-Matic refuses, apparently, to respond to our emails and phone calls. Is this just the way they are? Or should I try to escalate or go around him?

Thought I'd ask in here before continuing on. Our draft system is butt-simple, I could probably just put it together myself...

Why not use another supplier? I've been using Foxx Equipment for years and have always been super happy with their prices and service.

Something is odd. It hardly ever makes it to a fourth ring when I call.

Been ordering from them for 7+ years and like Brian said I always get a pickup.

No complaints here and I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat.

Are you looking for an installer or a vendor for the draft system? Traditionally micro matic has great service but there are other vendors as previously posted. Rochester Store Fixture has some great pricing and service has been good!

Nothing but good things to say about micromatic. Strange you are having problems. just called 1-800-435-6950 they picked up on the second ring.

I love Micromatic. Best website in the biz, and will happily set a brewery up with a distributor account for wholesale pricing. Great online ordering, I personally can't stand having to call in an order when I only have time after 9 PM, and I WON'T do business with anyone who sends me an unsolicited catalog that has items listed with "call for pricing".
