Still beverage filler
We have a custom built filler for sale. This was designed as an eight head growler filler, but as it turns out will not fill carbonated product. It will fill still beverages fine, and so would work well as a bottle conditioned beer filler.

Seems like that would be easy to convert to a carbonated filler. Does it have a pre-evac cycle?

It could be converted to a carbonated filler if you changed the fill head to a long tube fill head and added a filler bowl (short tube would not work well in that application). Post fill foaming would still be an issue and it looks like there is quite a delay to the closure station.

Not sure a bowl is necessary. Easy to get to closures with a track mod (I'd do a parallel track/gate/plunger into a standalone crowner). I'd change the filler valves and add a snift. Looks like there a PLC for that panel, but if not adding one is easy.
Having said that, I'm not in the market for an inline filler. But I enjoy projects like that.

The filler has an 11 gallon bowl and is currently set up with long tubes. We've had a couple of engineers come in to tweak everything, with some success. It will fill carbonated products, but not consistently or quickly enough, which is why we are selling it as a still beverage filler. And yes Nat you are right, it does have a PLC
