Start-up Brewery seeking advice

Hi there - I'm looking for someone to give advice on our floor plan design, TTB application process, and vendor selection as we start our brewery. I think this could be done remotely - you don't have to be in the Pacific NW (although it would be handy!). We are going to be a 3BBL brewery in Seattle.

I suggest you cantact Chris Enegren of ENEGREN BREWING CO. They have a fantastic system and a recently approved and commercial setup for a 3 BBL System in CA.
