  • Using Corney kegs for small brewpub

Will ball lock cornelius kegs work to serve my beer in my small brew pub? My system is only 2bbls please let me know what you think

Yes. As long as you're only using them in house they should work just fine. They require a little more maintenance than sankey kegs because they tend to be old & beat up. But for a 2bbl brewery I'm sure you can make them work. They'll be much much easier to clean manually than sankeys as well.

If you're trying to sell beer to local bars you may run into some problems as most bars won't want to deal with them.

Cleaning kegs is the bane of my existence! We are running a 3BBL and using converted Hoff-Stevens kegs. I couldn't imagine cleaning a larger number of smaller kegs with a decent caustic/acid/sani regiment.

You would be a lot better off in the long run buying 4 regular sankey kegs.
      Cheers!

How about building your own little CIP system for cornies, something like this:
