  • General record keeping

I currently am not having issues filling out any of the required forms but looking at the record keeping requirements we are probably a little lacking.

Does anyone have some generic spreadsheets that you use to keep track of things that you would be willing to share? I know it's an open ended request but I just learned of a PA law that requires a form and signatures for "beer" removed from inventory for sale. Not a PA form but something that we are required to do on our own.

Even a list of things that you guys keep track of might be a good idea and I can create the spreadsheets and forms myself.

This is one of the few things that no prior experience in the brewing industry concerns me.

Any help or direction would be great!

    Thanks,

    Shawn

I would be interested in this information as well. We will be opening up soon and this is one of the things on my list to work on.

We are still waiting on our state license, but I've put together a packet of excel sheets to keep track of all the TTBs requirements. Not sure if it will all be acceptable, but I did my best to go through their required record keeping and create forms for everything. We intend to print the sheets out and have them in binders so we can sign them etc.

Shoot me your email and I'd be happy to share.

      Also includes brewing sheets, etc.

Actually, here are links so anyone can download 'em.

These are all done in open office, but can be opened in Microsoft word as well. Also note that each file has multiple sheets in it. There are probably some redundancies, but I was just trying to be thorough.

After you click each link, you have to click download near the top left of the screen. Any feedback on edits would be appreciated as well.

        Cheers

FYI, zipped spreadsheets will post directly to the forum. Zip it up and post it. Saves answering all these emails and creates a permanent archive.
                            Cheers!

Did anyone else get these yet? Not to rush anyone, I just have not seen them in my inbox and wanted to make sure the spam monster didn't eat them.
