Mobile Mushroom corker and wire hood spinner
I am new to this forum. I work in the wine industry(and a few brewerys) providing mobile wine bottling services. I have a very small trailer compared to the the industry standard(400-500)cases per day. I have a GAI 12 spout gravity filler and a table top pnumatic crown capper with a pressure sensitive labeler. Right now I can only bottle still beer that is bottle conditioned.
Here is my question,
I want to expand my business in the beer industry ( with my current filler) and am thinking of purchasing a mushroom corker and wire hood spinner for Belgian or specialty beers. Do you think there is a need for this type of service?
My wine bottling business is well established but my love of beer keeps pulling me in this direction.
