New Cider Start-up in Finger Lakes region of New York is looking for a cider maker.
We are looking for someone who can help with both the set-up of a facility as well as the management of all production activities.
We are looking for someone with significant cider making experience.
Compensation will be competitive.

Where will the cidery be located? I just moved here from Santa Cruz CA and have brewed cider for over 15 years. /i owned and ran a small cidery in CA making organic, pasteurized cider. I have worked in orchards, wineries, and breweries. I have many references and have attended classes from Peter Mitchell's cider consulting company. I am definitely interested.
