One Pager for General Contractor Search

Does anyone have any advice for putting together a one pager for a general contractor search? I have a few things related to water mains and trenches but am looking for a few more details to round this out.

My real estate one pagers is complete. Ideally this would be an addition to that and would give me a general contractors a good idea of what we are trying to accomplish.

You may wish to engage the services of a registered Architect or a Brewery Consultant to put this together for you.

Either way, it doesn't take many "change orders" to offset the cost of somebody doing this for you in advance.
