Head Brewer required Franklin TN

We are seeking a well qualified Head Brewer for a successful seven barrel Brewpub located in Franklin TN. The successful candidate will have a minimum of four years as Head Brewer and will have complete control and responsibility for all brewery operations from grain to glass.

Responsibilites include but are not limited to:
Wort Production
DE Filtration
Quality Control
Inventory Control
Yeast Management
Production Scheduling
Equipment maintainance and repair
Equipment sanitation
Brewery cost control and reduction
Filing out all required state and federal tax forms.

The candidate must be able to consistently replicate existing recipes without variation. In addition this individual must have a strong background in new recipe formulation. Candidates with barrel aging is a plus.
