Does anyone know of a good resource for specs that I could use for dairy equip modification? I'm going to pick several pieces from a local dairy equipment dealer and have them modified for brewing. I need to figure out where I need everything laid out.

I know a lot of the brewery equipment dealers have specs for their pieces on their websites. I've thought about just trying to mirror what I find on some online pieces. I feel I can get most of the TC ports right using this method, but I want to get everything right and have the mods done all at once.

Tried doing searches for brewery equipment specs, typicals, etc. Thought I should check if someone has already put something together.
