The opportunity
  • Opportunity to be a founding partner in an exciting startup craft brewery in a leading cosmopolitan city in Asia (potential ability to start initial work remotely)
  • Lead the process from the beginning, including brewery setup, operations and future expansion
  • Freedom to exercise personal creativity with only broad overarching guidance on styles for the target market
  • Appropriate compensation package with a combination of cash, stock and performance + milestone based incentives will be negotiated for the right candidate
The ideal candidate
  • Experience in a reputed craft brewery, ideally with multiple brewing styles and recipes; recognition / awards a plus
  • Innovative with proven ability in creating successful recipes / variants especially ones that incorporate local adjuncts
  • Team player, result oriented with a positive attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Professionally qualified in brewing from a recognized institution
  • Particularly well suited for ambitious young brewers with their own ideas looking to run their own thing
