Our perfect prospective brewer should have at least two years experience in all facets of the trade, ideally with an emphasis and love of lagers, who has been a head brewer in a brewery restaurant. This is a one person operation so you must be able to work independently in the brewery covering all aspects of production while participating with the rest of the management team to train staff, as well as interact and educate guests.
