Couple of tricks: cool the growlers and/or try using flexible tubing.
I'm having a hell of a time filling growlers with tubing from our taps. They're all foam bombs. Suggestions? We serve from tanks - should I use the sample valve with a pressure reducer from Perlick?

We are using beverage tubing, I didn't think of cooling the growler.

I hated all the foam with the tubing technique. I drilled out a cap to fit the stopper on a homebrew counter pressure filler. Great fill, bottle purged of air, much more professional.

Rooh - that is a great idea. Do you keep a CO2 tap by the draft towers for the counter pressure filler? This gives me some ideas...
