Natural Gas/Propane Steam Kettle - 40 Gallon

I have a Vulcan GL40E Steam Kettle for sale. It has a capacity of 40 Gallons and runs off natural gas or propane. We used this for years prior to purchasing a 7BBL Brewhouse and it's just taking up space. They are in good shape, just a little dirty from being stored outside for the past couple of months (tarped).

Do you boil wort in this vessel or generate steam to heat another larger vessel?
