33-plate heat exchanger mounted on skid w/pump and filter

Heat exchanger SOLD. Keg washer still available.

Paul Mueller AT4-FC Accu-Therm plate heat exchanger w. 1.5" tri-clover fittings. Also includes 1/2 HP 110/220V NPE pump and filtration unit (w/optional bypass) - all mounted on a rigid stainless skid. Weighs about 100 Lbs.

The pump was professionally serviced and tested last week. Unit has not been used in about 5 years. Was supposed to go to our brewery in Costa Rica but shipment plans fell through and too expensive to send on its own.

The heat exchanger has 33 plates and is suited for a smaller (5-10 BBL) brewery. $1,600 obo. All reasonable offers considered. Located in Quincy, MA south of Boston. Will palletize and load on truck.

Also selling custom stainless cornelius keg washer/sanitizer w/spray balls and heating element. Hard wiring, heating element box and hardware just professionally replaced. $900 obo

Just want to add the following about the heat exchanger:
I bought this off craigslist a few months ago and the guy knew very little about its history. It has a lot of dust on it but was in his garage for the past 5 years or so. A friend was basically storing it at his house but eventually kids, changes, stuff happened and they gave up the brewery plans. I have not run liquid through the heat exchange unit. I had an electrician service the pump and rewire the on/off switch but I have not seen the unit in action.
In the event there are leaks - and I have no way of testing that here (my brewery is 3500 miles away) - I priced out a new gasket kit for the plates from Mueller, which is $476. Other than the grunge, everything seems to be in working order.
