We are in urgent need of a head brewer for our Plano, Texas location. We will also be hiring for future brewery restaurant openings in Baltimore, Syracuse, and Washington DC. Our perfect prospective brewer should have at least two years experience in all facets of the trade, ideally with an emphasis and love of lagers, who has been a head brewer in a brewery restaurant. This is a one person operation, so you must be able to work independently in the brewery covering all aspects of production while participating with the rest of the management team to train staff, as well as interact with and educate guests.
