    Do contract breweries need to file for Brewers Notice w/ TTB

    As the title sates, I am wondering if I need to file a Brewers Notice with the TTB if I plan on being a contract brewer for the first few years? I appreciate any and all of your responses! Thank you.

    No you do not. You are theoretically a wholesaler, not a brewer. Also, the brewer must submit your labels under his/her brewers license if you plan on bottling.
