Assistant Brewer Position

Silver Gulch Brewing and Bottling Company is GROWING! We are doubling production and opening a satellite pub and we are in search of a full time assistant brewer. Professional brewing experience in a microbrew operation, minimum 1 year, is required. The main responsibilities for this position are wort production, filtering, and CIP. A basic understanding of the physical, biological, and chemical sciences is necessary.

We are looking for the following qualities in the candidate: leadership, great communication skills, attention to detail, hard work, excellent guest relations, ability to multi-task, commitment to quality, ability to work independently without supervision, and a focus on company values.

Minimum physical requirements
-The ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly during the day
- The ability to move 175 pounds repeatedly during the day
-The ability to stand 8 hours consecutively
-Able to work weekends and 2nd shift if needed

-pay based on experience
