Seeking West Coast inspired Head Brewer to take charge of an exciting new brewery in the Minneapolis metro area. Business plans are under way and funding should be secured by late May 2012 with a target of opening early 2013.
Must have professional brewing experience in all areas of the brewery including, production, cellaring, yeast management, lab work, packaging, and consistency. Degree in brewing or related science field preferred.
This position will require lots of hard work to build the brand in a booming craft beer market here in Minnesota, and to take ownership of the position. Expect long hours and late nights as we build our market and build the business. We have a love for craft beer, and love to have fun. We firmly believe brewing should be fun.
