Does anyone have a recomendation for mechanical ball valve brand to be used on FV? I am looking for 1" NPT fittings.

I am fed up with my solenoid valves sticking open.

Not sure exactly what you are looking for, but I would recommend either George Fischer proportional valves to be used with PIDs or you might try Burkert fluid control systems in Charlotte, NC. They have a complete line of fluid and glycol control solutions that might work for you.

I definitely think that pneumatic is the way to go.

Very expensive but definitely the best valves I've ever used - glad I spent the money on them for my own brewery.
