TAPS Fish House & Brewery in sunny Southern California is looking to immediately fill a Brewer position.

The ideal candidate must have a great attitude and work ethic, be able to work independently and work well with our team, trouble shoot, resolve mechanical problems, be detail oriented and meticulous.

Must have a minimum 2 years experience in production or a high volume brewpub. Wages will be commensurate with skills and experience.

Be responsible for all aspects of brewing, including but not limited to: brewing, filtering, yeast handling, cleaning, kegging, keg cleaning, preparing orders of up to 60 kegs for outside distribution, lifting 55 lb. sacks of grain a flight of stairs, inventory, tax and production record keeping, cost and quality control, staff training, working festivals, etc.

Must have a clean driving record and be able to work at both our Brea and Corona locations.
