Tasting Room Regulations

We have a small 3 BBL brewery and tasting room in an industrial park. Our town's C.U.P limits us to 4 tasters per person for every 2 hours. One of driving factors of this decision was because there is a dance studio in a seperate building across the way. There is also a police station across the street too, but that didn't help our arguments.

Do any other breweries out there have similar regulations? We're going to go back in front of the board so any advice would be great.

I would highly recommend getting in touch with and becoming a member of the California Craft Brewers Assoc. They put out regular information to the membership on these types of issues.
