Hi All,

We are looking to hire an assistant brewer to work with our veteran Brewmaster. The ideal candidate will have formal training either through a recognized program and/or on-the-job experience. You must be passionate about the craft, extremely detail oriented, physically fit, insistent on sanitary conditions and willing to do what it takes to succeed. You will be working on brand new equipment in a new custom brewery building.

We are located in Granbury, Texas which is a beautiful lake resort town 35 minutes outside of Dallas / Fort Worth.

This is a great opportunity for someone that fits the above profile to work with an experienced Brewmaster and be instrumental in our brewery’s success.

Pay will be commensurate with experience. Start date will most likely be in July or August.
