    A research team in Ireland is working to develop a better tasting beer by diving into the genetic code of different yeast strains.

    Do we really need to tinker with the genetic code of grain, hops and yeast to produce a better tasting low ABV beer? How about you just use a little creativity in your recipe, select different grains and hops to create the sorts of flavors that you're looking for.
