  • Fermenter Design - 8/10 & 16/20BBL

There are no dedicated small scale beer fermenter manufacturers in our country.
All the manufacturers construct wine fermenters or seriously big beer fermenters for the mega breweries

Is there anyone who can help with detail/drawings/designs for 900-1000L & 1800-2000L stainless steel conical fermenters?

At the moment I am thinking of upscaling the Stout conicals...

    Thanks

Um... the original poster is in South Africa, according to their profile. I believe they're talking about the lack of manufacturers there.

Yip... That would be in South Africa.
In our area wine equipment is the big thing...
The standard wine tanks start at 3000L and the vessel aspect ratios & cone details are totally different
