Flat Earth Brewing Company, located in Saint Paul, Minnesota is currently seeking an assistant brewer who is self motivated and desires to be involved in a fast paced environment at our brewery. Position requires you to assist the Brewer with brewing, fermentation and filtering of our handcraft brews.

ASSISTANT BREWER

Responsabilities:
• Brewery operation - all aspects of brewing and cleaning
• Fermentation & cellaring
• Tank cleaning & sanitizing
• Filtration
• Packaging of kegs, firkins & bottles

What we are looking for:
• Experience in brewing, filtration and fermentation is an OBVIOUS asset
• Understanding of tank sanitation and cleanliness
• Demonstrate a positive demeanor and able to take direction
• Ability to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and is detail oriented
• Physically fit and willing to work hard
• Excellent verbal skills and task managing
• Superior work organization and time management skills
• Possess a degree or diploma in Brewing, is an asset
